fletcher towel and breath work with Kelli

The Fletcher Towelwork® and Percussive Breath™ are two of the many evolutions that first generation teacher Ron Fletcher brought to Pilates. The Towelwork serves as an incredible tool increasing awareness in Shoulder girdle mobility/stability and overall body organization and balance. Ron’s Percussive Breath™ allows us to bring awareness to feeling breath as an exercise in itself, to use breath as a teaching tool, as Ron said, to truly feeling how breath inspires movement.
