Bring your bundle of joy and reconnect with your core! An informal FREE Q&A and Pilates class for Moms and their Babies newborn to 6 months.
August 18th, 1p-2p: Advanced Cadillac Workshop with Amber (limited to 4 people) $35
Find out why there are so many hooks and latches and straps and fuzzy stirrups that you may have never used before. Many of the advanced cadillac exercises explore this apparatus in a new and exciting way--fall in love all over again!
