July 28th, 12p-1p: MELT Full Body Workshop with Zoe Levine (limited to 8 people) $35 , $25 for BT Clients

In this workshop, personal trainer and MELT instructor Zoe Levine will teach simple massage and release techniques using foam rollers and specialized hand and foot balls, that create efficiency, stability, and whole-body balance.

August 4th, 12p-1p: Chair Workshop with Candice (limited to 4 people) $35

Explore the possibilities and many exercises, some little known, of the Wunda Chair for all levels. Take your workout to the next level by refining your knowledge and practical use of the chair.

August 11th, 12p-1p: Mommy and Me Pilates Workshop with Jen (limited to 6 people) FREE

Bring your bundle of joy and reconnect with your core! An informal FREE Q&A and Pilates class for Moms and their Babies newborn to 6 months.

August 18th, 1p-2p: Advanced Cadillac Workshop with Amber (limited to 4 people) $35

Find out why there are so many hooks and latches and straps and fuzzy stirrups that you may have never used before. Many of the advanced cadillac exercises explore this apparatus in a new and exciting way--fall in love all over again!

August 25th, 12p-1p: MELT Hand and Foot Workshop with Zoe Levine (limited to 8 people) $35, $25 for BT Clients that rsvp

Mat/Springs Classes
Challenge your core with the Pilates mat exercises and springs equipment!

$20 per class. Limited to six people.

Thursday 5pm   Open Level with Amber
Friday 6pm   Intermediate with Traci
Saturday 9am   Open Level with Peggy

Equipment Classes
Work out on all of the Pilates equipment! Classes will use the reformers, chairs and cadillacs to achieve maximum results!

$35 per class. Limited to four people.

Sunday 10am   Post-Partum Class with Amber
Sunday 1:30pm   Intermediate with Jennifer
Tuesday 6pm   Intermediate with Amber
