Goals:

•	To carry on the work of Joseph Hubertus Pilates the way he intended
•	To maintain the organization of the system of Pilates
•	To maintain the Principles and Philosophy of the Pilates Technique
•	To understand the biomechanics of the Pilates Exercises
•	To encourage all of our apprentices to discover their own creativity and unique perspective while maintaining the integrity of the Pilates Technique
•	To promote teachers who are able to create strong and dynamic workouts with attention to a particular client's needs
•	To teach instructors how to take care of themselves while pursuing a career in which they do so much for others

September 2006-December 2006 Registration, Orientation, and Independent Study

Now is the time to stop by, ask questions and begin training. For the seminars, you should already have a strong knowledge of the Pilates Technique and these are the months to prepare. Once you register you will be given a list of exercises that you need to know by January and a list of recommended reading. All Mat Classes at BodyTonic are FREE and all sessions discounted, once paid in full.

Fee Schedule for 2006-2007 Teacher Training at BodyTonic

$200 non-refundable deposit is due to reserve your space.

The total cost of the program is $3600: $200 non-refundable deposit.

$1700 due December 15. $1700 due February 15th. Once fully registered, $500 in credit is given back to apprentices to use toward private and semi-private training at BodyTonic.

Discounted tuition of $3400 is available if paid in full by November 15, 2006.

Tuition includes all Seminars, Free Mat Classes (provided there is space), $500 in credit to use toward privates and semi-privates, Free Studio Practice Time (provided there is space), one full round of Final Exams, and Texts.
